Our portfolio spans premium and mid-segment residential projects, hospitality, Grade-A commercial space and warehousing — and the company is now developing 18 million square feet across Mumbai and Kolkata.

Over the past thirty years, Aryan Realty has built a portfolio of diversified real assets while staying rooted in our core principles of timeliness, integrity and quality.

We are proud to have touched thousands of lives, and to have made a difference to how people live, work, play and enjoy. Along the way we have partnered with leading brands — World Trade Center, Minor Hotels, Hyatt and Delhi Public School. We continue to evolve and grow, with large-scale projects spread over 450 acres across Mumbai and Kolkata currently underway.

We believe our responsibility extends beyond our projects, and it gives us real satisfaction to contribute to the development of the communities around us. We are grateful for the continued support of every stakeholder who has been associated with us over these years, and we look forward to growing together.

Building Beyond Buildings

A building changes a neighbourhood whether or not the developer intends it to. We would rather it changed for the better.

Our work outside our projects concentrates on three areas: education and access to it, welfare in the localities where we build, and the everyday well-being of the communities that live alongside our sites. Our education vertical grew directly out of this belief — what began as community commitment became a business we now run at scale.
